What we collect

When you unlock a guide, TokenMaxxer stores the email address you enter, the guide you requested and the time of signup. Email format is checked; mailbox ownership is not verified. We do not currently send newsletters or promotional emails.

Project inquiries and aggregate counts

If you send a project brief, we store your name, email, selected service, brief and submission time so Drew can review it and reply. This is not a newsletter subscription or a project booking.

We count page loads, guide unlocks, kit downloads and submitted inquiries by day, page and a limited set of campaign labels. These are aggregate counts, not unique visitor counts. We do not store raw IP addresses, browsing histories or device fingerprints in these reports. Signup and inquiry records can include a source and campaign label from the link you followed.

Why we collect it

Your email is the required signup for free guide access. This launch has no advertising trackers, paid memberships or sale of email addresses. If we offer a newsletter later, we will ask for a separate opt-in.

Storage and cookies

Cloudflare hosts this site and stores signups in a private database. A random, essential access cookie remembers that this browser unlocked the guides for up to 30 days. It does not contain your email. Your theme, saved-guide choices and campaign labels are stored only in this browser. Campaign labels last for this tab session; tool-builder inputs are not sent to the server.

To reduce automated spam, a short-lived hash derived from the request’s IP address is used for rate limiting. These rate-limit records expire after an hour and are cleaned up daily. Cloudflare may process connection data to deliver and secure the service; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Retention and removal

Signup and inquiry records are retained for up to one year, unless removal is requested earlier. Aggregate daily counts are also removed after one year. To request removal, contact @drewthetokenmaxxer on Instagram. We may ask you to verify control of the signup address before removing a record.

The button below clears this browser’s guide-access cookie. It does not delete the signup record.
